The Weird, Wacky, and Wonderful Cars of the 2019 AACA Hershey Fall Meet

If you’re in the vintage car world, chances are you’ve heard of the AACA Hershey Fall Meet. Every Fall, the parking lots of Hershey Park become an automotive flea market with everything you could dream of for sale whether it be vintage parts, period correct tools, dealer signs, or even your newest project car. Even if you attend all four days of the event, you will be hard pressed to see everything for sale due to the enormous number of vendors set up during the swap meet.

No matter what your preference in cars is, the Hershey Fall Meet’s eclectic gathering of all things automotive had something for you on the show-field last Sunday. Whether it be pre-war Dusenbergs, ’57 Chevys, immaculately restored Mack Dump Trucks, or even 8-wheeled ex-military trucks, you were bound to find something that would pique your interests. The diversity of the cars on display/for sale, the relaxed mentality of the show, the 9,000+ vendors, and the cool weather are all part of what makes Hershey a wonderful way to scratch that last itch of car show season before winter moves in for the northern region.

Next year’s Hershey Fall Meet is planned for October 7-10, 2020 and we hope to see you there! Just be careful as you might find yourself walking away with an unplanned project car for the winter!
