McGee Roadster Headed to 2017 SEMA Show in Las Vegas

For the third year in a row, Shell’s “Pioneering Performance” stage will be returning to the SEMA Show at the Las Vegas Convention center in Las Vegas, NV. This year will again feature celebrity interviews, car builders, actors, bands and fan-favorite challenges. By sure to stop by Shell’s Pioneering Performance Pavilion between October 31 and November 3 to see what the HVA is bringing to this year’s display – a true hot rod icon and recent addition to the National Historic Vehicle Register, the McGee Roadster. Previous years have seen the Marmon Wasp and the original Shelby Daytona Cobra, CSX2287.

See HVA President Mark Gessler, and Bruce Meyer, current steward of the McGee Roadster, live on stage Wednesday, November 1 starting at 9:45am. For more information on this year’s SEMA Show, please visit Can’t make it this year? We’ll be live streaming Wednesdays panel discussion over on our Facebook page, so be sure to check that out!
