Thank you to everyone who commented on the hubcap photo on the HVA website and the HVA's Facebook page.
The hubcap in the photo belongs to 1957 Rambler Rebel made by AMC.
The 1957 Rambler Rebel, was a mid-sized "muscle car" built by American Motors Corporation (AMC). After the Nash and Hudson names were discontinued in 1957 the Rambler name was applied to AMC cars until 1969. AMC continued building cars until 1987 when the Chrysler Corporation took over.
And the winner of the contest – George Anderson from Chandler, AZ!
For guessing correctly George Anderson will receive a free HVA ballcap. The same cap is available here, in the online store.

This hubcap is from a pre-1966 Rambler by American Motors, but by the time this cap and attached automobile were made, the name"Rambler" covered several models: American, Ambassador, Classic, etc. These in turn each had several designations. AMC used these full wheel covers on some Rambler models along with smaller caps on others over a span of years. I don't know enough about models, hubcaps and years to know which caps were used when, so I'll guess a 1960 Rambler American Custom.

Those who said "'57 Rambler Rebel" are correct. The four spinner bars make it so. They were added to the standard Rambler wheel cover to help further distinguish this one year only model from its regular brethren, along with special silver paint, gold anodized side sweeps, and oh yeah! Its own 327 cid V-8 (not Chevy) that propelled its acceleration next to the Corvette as the 2nd fastest car out that year. Don't believe it? Check your old Hot Rod or Motor Trend.
