Hobby advocacy

We let you know when legislative issues arise that could impact your rights as a collector. We track proposed and pending legislation and provide you with updates when progress is made. We also offer an extensive library of informational resources to help you navigate the regulations that affect owners of historic vehicles, including interactive maps, online reference tools, and more.

Online resources include:

• A map that lets you view active bills in each of the 50 states
• A summary of recent legislative activity across the U.S.
• A guide to help you find gas stations that sell ethanol-free fuel
• Information on existing laws and requirements pertaining to the hobby, including emissions regulations; registration, licensing and use; inoperable vehicle and seat belt laws.
